RETURNS/CANCELLATION POLICY: At Ace Prime Outboards, we take pride in selling the best preowned boat outboard motors/engines, spare parts and all accessories in Canada and to the rest of the World. However, if the item you have purchased is not what you wanted, please inform us of return witin 14 days of delivery of the product to commence return processing.
Please ensure the product are returned in their original packaging, original labels/tags undamaged. Include your original invoice as proof of purchase, and if resealing boxes, use clear tape and not coloured packing tape or duct tape. A refund, less shipping, will be applied to the original form of payment, or if requested, products can be exchanged. Handling charges will apply if goods are not returned in a resalable condition, and the original packaging is damaged.
When returning an item for a refund, please use a trackable service, as items lost in the post will not be refunded. If you need us to pick up the goods on your behalf, we can do this using one of the couriers we use, but we will have to charge for this service.
Faulty Goods under 30 Days: If goods are defective or damaged when you receive them, please notify us by email or phone within 14 days from the order date. You then have 30 days from the original order date to return the goods after a claim has been submitted. Our customer service team will advise you of this process based on the issues via email. Once we have inspected an item and accepted it as defective or damaged, you will be offered a full refund, including shipping or a replacement.
Faulty Items over 30 days: Depending on the circumstances, your statutory rights entitle you to a repair, replacement or refund. We only offer a refund when we are unable to offer a repair or an equivalent replacement. Please contact us via email or phone if you have any questions, and then submit a claim here, and one of our customer service team will be in touch.

Shipping damages should be reported to the delivery man immediately upon collection. Subsequently, inform Ace Prime Outboards by eMail at order(@)aceprimeoutboards.com. If you plan to return any items, please inform us before doing so by eMail or Phone, so that we can instruct a pick-up service.
